Deposits & Payments

Waja333 does not impose processing fees on deposits; however, fees levied by the Player's own bank or e-wallet provider are outside the Platform's control and are the responsibility of the Player.

Withdrawals

Players may request withdrawal of their real-money Account Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Active wagering requirements on bonus funds must be met before the portion of the balance derived from those bonuses becomes withdrawable.
• The withdrawal request must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as the waja333 Account.
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed in full before withdrawal requests are processed. Players who have not submitted required documents may experience delays.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they convert to real-money balances eligible for withdrawal. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally toward meeting wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Table games, live dealer games, and sports bets may contribute at a lower rate (commonly 10–20%). The applicable rates are stated in individual promotion terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While bonus funds are active, a maximum per-round or per-bet limit applies — typically capped at between MYR 250 and MYR 500. Placing bets above this cap while bonus funds are in use may void the bonus and associated winnings.

waja333 may amend, withdraw, or suspend any promotion at its discretion. Players will not hold waja333 liable for alterations to promotions that have not yet been claimed.

Gameplay & Betting Rules

All casino games and sports betting markets available on the waja333 platform are governed by individual game rules, provided within each product or market. Players accept the applicable game rules upon placing a bet or initiating a game round.

• In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, the round will be treated as void and stakes returned unless the relevant game provider's rules specify otherwise.
• Sports betting markets, odds, and related rules are determined by the applicable market rules at the time a bet is accepted. In the event of a dispute, the Platform's records of accepted bets are considered authoritative.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the waja333 platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities where appropriate:

• Using software, bots, automated scripts, or technical tools designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or undisclosed vulnerabilities to generate credits or winnings.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game or betting outcomes.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation. Where no breach is established, verified real-money balances will be returned to the Player subject to completion of outstanding KYC requirements.

Players who wish to close their Account voluntarily should contact support directly. Voluntary closure requests will be actioned within a reasonable timeframe. Outstanding wagering requirements on active bonuses will be cancelled upon account closure, and the associated bonus balance will be forfeit.

Limitation of Liability
